Just wanted to let you know the word on the union facebook page is that the FAA is going to start hiring "off the street" again in February 2014. Well the bids should be coming out in February at least. I will keep you updated. Minimum qualifications should be the same as before, 3 years work experience, a 4-year degree or a combination of both.
